Purpose and scope
What does the site actually do? It gathers plain-language links in one spot: the Highland County Sheriff's Office, the current-custody portal, city police departments, area courts, the ODRC, and similar public offices. That is the whole job. It runs no jail, keeps no official records, cannot confirm who is in custody, cannot get anyone released, and offers no legal advice. For answers that count, the agencies behind those links are the ones to call.
Official sources first
Custody status shifts fast. A booking this morning can look different by afternoon, and court outcomes change as cases move. So treat the originating office as the only authority. The Highland County Sheriff's Office holds county booking materials, the arresting agency holds its own report, and the court holds the disposition. News coverage and third-party databases may add color or context, but none of that counts as an official record.
No photo collection
There is no photo gallery here. Booking images are not hosted on this site. Nor is an arrest database copied over from some other source. Visitors get pointed somewhere more useful instead. The records custodian and the court hold those materials. Those offices can also speak to what the records actually mean.
Search partner disclosure
A disclosure about the search box. Some queries may route to an outside search partner, and the site may earn referral fees when that tool gets used. Two things follow from that. The partner is not an official Highland County source, and this site has no say over its results, its uptime, or how it handles data. Any partner tool is a convenience, nothing more.
